Congratulations to Dr. Wenhao Diao for receiving a STARTALK Grant for 2023-2025! This award totals $340,206, and will allow Dr. Diao to prepare and implement a summer Chinese immersion camp for students in grads 10 - 12, and the first two years of college, and to follow up with the students on their experience with the camp. The camp will take place during Summer 2024.
Dr. Diao is an Associate Professor in the Department of East Asian Studies and in the SLAT PhD Program, and she is Co-Director for the Center for East Asian Studies (CEAS).
